Welcome to the 10,000 Islands! This vast natural resource is located in the northern part of the Everglades National Park and just south of the Naples/Marco Island area on the Gulf of Mexico. Accessible only by boat, these Islands of the habitat of some of the most sought after saltwater gamefish in country. Home of the Snook, Redfish, Speckled SeaTrout, TripleTail, and Grouper, these fantastic Islands are unmatched for adventure and shallow water, light tackle sportfishing.
You will be guided through this watery wilderness aboard an 18 foot Sailfish Pro Flats Boat, specifically designed to float in the skinniest water and get to the secluded spots where the big fish lay in ambush. I have been fishing in Southwest Florida since 1972 and am a fully insured, US Coast Guard licensed captain. Novice fisherman as well seasoned sight casters are welcome as we track through the Islands to where Trophy fish are. During our search, sightings of Roseate Spoonbills, Osprey, Kingfishers, Manatee, Dolphin and even the great Bald Eagle are common. Although I prefer to fish with artificial baits, we can fish with live bait as well, depending on availability. Catch and release is common practice in the 10K although sometimes I make an allowance of 1 fish per trip. All tackle and bait is provided
